Return and Refund Policy

At NovaSpine™, we strive for complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving the last item, without providing any reason.

Returns: After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product to us in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds: Once we have received the return — or proof of shipment — we will refund the full order amount, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days using the original payment method.

Return Costs: The costs for returning the items are for the customer's own account.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons after opening.

Requesting a Return: Log in to your customer account via https://account.shopnovaspine.com, go to your orders, and submit your return or cancellation request there.
